service sucks at certain times of the day as the wait staff lacks effort and good management. Move like they are 90 years old. Dont ask for anything that is not the absolute usual. It will suck and take forever. Go to Prince Frederick or California.
Everyone there is always friendly and I don't think I've ever gotten a drink that was anything other than exactly what I wanted. Truly one of the better Starbucks.
Ordered two oatmeals and two plain coffees but the barista had a difficult time understanding what I asked for. I got several agitated sighs and "huh?"s from her. It was quite obvious that she really didnt want to be there. When I asked for the blonde roast that was advertised on the board next to her in huge yellow letters, she said thst she did not think they made a blonde roast. Luckily the guy at the next register overheard and assured her they do. The oatmeal was subpar which I'm sure was partly because she did not include the brown sugar asked for twice and never received. Worst Starbucks experience I've had and I won't be returning to this location.
This Starbucks is pretty much like any other. Lots of fond memories at this particular one sitting on their comfy couches or outside talking with friends. The only issue I have is how early they close and how the staff will start kicking people out 5 minutes before close. We've often taken our conversations across the street to Giant.
Lexington Park location works VERY efficiently! They are very kind yet work quickly. The one in Lusby doesn't it's a very different -negative - dynamic there.
